7天退換貨品服務詳情🔎

本店發貨前均會仔細檢查，確保產品完好才寄出。

如因運輸問題令產品質量受損，請即與順豐查詢，過後不能退換。

如客戶收到產品不正確，請於七天內與客服聯絡🔍

顧客可以在簽收貨物後7天內(以快遞公司紀錄為準)，透過 Facebook / WhatsApp 或電郵，向 LuluShop 服客提出更換貨品申請，如有逾期狀況恕不受理。
